You do not need to be a regular church-goer or even live in Hythe for your child or yourself to be christened in Hythe.
Weddings
For wedding enquiries, please contact the Parish Administrator at administrator@slhythe.com
You must have a qualifying connection to the parish to be married in one of our churches.
Funerals
Our clergy and ministers are available for funerals held in a crematorium or at a public cemetery. If you need to arrange a funeral, your first port of call should be a funeral director, but if you need to speak with one of our priests about any critical time of life, then please click here to find our contact details. A funeral director will help you with the practicalities of a funeral, our ministers are here to provide pastoral and spiritual support.
Please note that the churchyard of St Leonard's is now permanently closed for burials and monuments, but arrangements can be made for cremated ashes to be interred. The interment plot is a south-facing grassy bank with beautiful views over the church, town and Channel.
